EXTENDED EQUIPMENT WARRANTIES
All equipment that is used in the wireless communication system is fully warranted for parts and labor against defects in materials and workmanship at the factory for a period of one year. Extended warranties can also be purchased.
ON-SITE TRAINING
For your convenience, we will make a systems engineer available on-site, for one-day, to train all interested personnel on the operation, maintenance, and trouble-shooting of the proposed system.
TELEPHONE SUPPORT
We offer three types of telephone support contracts for sudden issues that arise:
- Business Hours (Monday – Friday, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.)
- Extended Hours (Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 10:00 p.m.)
- 24/7 Support 365 Days a Year
ADVANCE REPLACEMENT
We will develop maintenance contracts to meet our customer’s specific needs and budgetary constraints. Please contact us for more information.

FastLinks offers on-site support and preventative maintenance for all of the wireless systems it offers. This would include providing factory.
